The most valuable medicinal properties are the natural mineral water flowing from the nearby springs, i.e. the famous Polanica sorrel water (water rich in mountain minerals, naturally carbonated). A charming Spa Park was created around the Mineral Water Pump Room, an ideal place for afternoon walks and relaxation in the shade of spreading trees. The park covers almost 13 ha and is divided into five parts: Central Park, Forest Park, Józef Park, Chess Park and the park around the heart center.
