The GÓRALKA toboggan run, operating in the summer season in Polanica-Zdrój, is a unique attraction for children and adults. The descent route is as long as 450 meters! The descent takes place on sleds equipped with wheels, instead of on snow, the sleds ride in a specially prepared steel gutter. During the descent, you can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h, but the fun is completely safe. The speed can be regulated with a handbrake. In addition to sledding, you can use the rope park, playground, or eat lunch at a local restaurant.

Attraction for the whole family. The 2-hectare park offers kilometers of walking paths, lush vegetation in the arboretum and many benches perfect for resting. Here you can admire over 40 models of the most famous buildings in Lower Silesia, the Kłodzko Land, as well as in Europe and the whole world. All miniatures are located in a well-kept garden. Most models are presented on a scale of 1:25, and the buildings presented retain many of the smallest architectural details. The models were handmade by a team of modelers, sculptors and graphic designers. Noteworthy are the beautifully decorated wooden and wood-and-brick villas in the Tyrolean style, the Wilczki Waterfall reserve with a 22-meter waterfall, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Snows on Góra Igliczna. The youngest visitors to Międzygórze will certainly enjoy the Fairy Tale Garden. It is an open-air museum where original fairy-tale motifs made of wood and stones are collected: figurines, totems, houses, gazebos. Recently, further fairy-tale characters have been added, this time from contemporary Polish and foreign animated films.

This is the only covered bridge in Poland and one of the few in the world. It is located in Lądek-Zdrój, on the Biała Lądecka River. It is only a few dozen meters long. The covered bridge in Lądek-Zdrój was built in the early 20th century. It connected two parts of the sanatorium - a villa located on one side of the river and a treatment building on the other side of the river. Unfortunately, you can't walk on it now - it is bricked up on the side of the former treatment building. It is one of the most original and beautiful monuments in Lądek. The bridge is surrounded by a beautiful park, where you can see unique species of trees, including the Japanese Nikko fir or the Engelman spruce from the Rocky Mountains.

The museum was established in 1968. It is located in a historic paper mill built at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries. The building has unique architecture and beautiful decorations. The mill was built on the Bystrzyca Dusznicka River. In the museum you can learn about the traditional technology of paper production and making. The exhibition in the museum is modern and interactive. Each visitor can produce a sheet of paper themselves. In addition to museum and educational activities, the Papermaking Museum in Duszniki-Zdrój produces handmade paper in small quantities according to old technology and on original historic machines.

This is the first museum in Poland dedicated to frogs and presenting them in various versions. It was opened in 2002 and is located at the Directorate of the Table Mountains National Park. Its aim is to present the idea of protecting amphibians in our country and presenting the activities that are undertaken for this purpose. The museum features over 3,000 exhibits from 20 countries on 6 continents. These are mainly everyday items referring to the image of a frog, including: a piggy bank, a soap dish, a brooch, bathroom utensils, and a diving mask. On the boards hanging in the museum you can learn about the anatomy of a frog, see its skeleton and read about its lifestyle. The Frog Museum operates as part of the Ecocenter of the Table Mountains National Park.

It is a religious monument located in the Czermna district. The chapel was built in the second half of the 18th century. In 1776, in the slope of the bell tower adjacent to the local church, numerous human remains were discovered - these were skulls and bones of people who probably died during the Thirty Years' War, the Seven Years' War and as a result of the epidemic spreading at that time. damn. The local priest decided to collect all the bones, clean them and place them in a chapel, creating an ossuary. The chapel has aroused emotions since its construction - such a close encounter with death and transience arouses strong emotion among visitors. The chapel can be visited with a guide. Please remember that this is a resting place for human remains that should be treated with respect.

It is a spa town with numerous attractions for tourists. It gained popularity thanks to the spa with a cross-sectional therapeutic profile founded in the 18th century. This was possible thanks to the sources of mineral waters - bicarbonate-sodium-calcium sorrel, ferruginous water and boron water. In the heart of the city there is the Spa Park with an area of almost 13 ha. In summer, it is worth hiding in the shade of beautifully kept vegetation and taking a walk along the wide promenade leading to the historic Mineral Water Pump Room. Currently, Kudowa-Zdrój attracts with its beautiful location at the foot of the Table Mountains. It is an excellent base for mountain hikes on both the Polish and Czech sides of this mountain range.

Spa Theater named after Mieczysława Ćwiklińska in Polanica-Zdrój started operating in 1925. Then there was a long break in his artistic activities, which returned to his stage in 1994. It has approximately 500 seats in the auditorium. Currently, it houses the International Conference and Cultural Center. Various regular events and artistic performances are organized, including theater plays and concerts. It also offers art classes for people of all ages. The Spa Theater serves as the Center of Culture and Promotion in Polanica-Zdrój.

Polanica-Zdrój is a spa town. The most valuable medicinal properties are the natural mineral water flowing from the nearby springs, i.e. the famous Polanica sorrel water (water rich in mountain minerals, naturally carbonated). The health resort has been operating here since the end of the 19th century. A charming Spa Park was created around the Mineral Water Pump Room, an ideal place for afternoon walks and relaxation in the shade of spreading trees. The park covers almost 13 ha and is divided into five parts: Central Park, Forest Park, Józef Park, Chess Park and the park around the heart center. In the Spa Park there is a famous cardiological sanatorium "Wielka Pieniawa", a wooden amphitheater where concerts are regularly held, a pump room and a walking hall, as well as the Spa Theater.
