My Place is also our place

We created Moje Lokal as a place of relaxation that we would like to use ourselves. Our houses are an ideal place for safe family relaxation, as well as for a holiday with your pet. The idea of the estate is an attempt to return to proven patterns, where neighborhood kids can have fun together and build new friendships, while parents have long-awaited time for themselves. We want every guest to feel at home with us.

Meet our team

Agata, Paweł and Wiktor are three people who set themselves the goal of changing the Polish accommodation services market. In unique regions of Poland, together they create a network of unique tourist settlements. They boast many years of professional experience in the field of construction, project management, planning and implementation of investment processes, sales, marketing and communication. The competences, experiences and skills of the Team perfectly complement each other, which is why Moje Głos was created.

Wiktor Komorniczak

A graduate of the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, majoring in Computer Information Systems. He completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in creating and developing various business ventures. A person who likes new challenges and the feeling of creating "something" from scratch. Privately, a traveler, an amateur carpenter and a person who likes spending time actively.

Agata Zagorska-Golec

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. She completed postgraduate management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been involved in marketing and communication activities for many years. She worked in Brussels for 4 years, where she conducted European information and educational campaigns. She loves traveling and discovering new places, but she also appreciates relaxing in her own garden and quiet evenings by the fireplace.

Paweł Golec

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking. He completed Six Sigma, CIMA, PMP courses. Financial analyst, SAP consultant and Project Manager with 20 years of experience in running projects on four continents. Passionate about motoring, architecture, building construction, optimization of investment processes and their implementation.

Invest in My Place

Moje Lokal is a long-term project whose aim is to create a network of investment and recreation estates in the most beautiful corners of Poland. Our housing estates are built in regions that are attractive in terms of nature, landscape and tourism, but far from large cities, noise and crowds. We focus on peace, space and closeness to nature. The idea for all My Place locations is the same - we build housing estates in carefully selected places, maintaining a high standard of houses, apartments and common recreational areas.

We find investors who share our view on the perfect holiday, buy our properties and, together with us, create the unique atmosphere of Moje Podróże.
