It is the only active gold mine in Poland, where you can see original tunnels and mining chambers, as well as learn about both ancient and modern mining techniques. In the Gold Mine you can also see historic machines and tools used in the gold mining process. You can explore the mine itself on foot or take an unforgettable ride on the underground mining railway. Additionally, the Gold Mine offers the opportunity to independently sift gold-bearing sand in special pools. This is an amazing opportunity to try your hand at searching for gold particles and feel the thrill of discovering real gold.

It is a spa town with numerous attractions for tourists. It gained popularity thanks to the spa with a cross-sectional therapeutic profile founded in the 18th century. This was possible thanks to the sources of mineral waters - bicarbonate-sodium-calcium sorrel, ferruginous water and boron water. In the heart of the city there is the Spa Park with an area of almost 13 ha. In summer, it is worth hiding in the shade of beautifully kept vegetation and taking a walk along the wide promenade leading to the historic Mineral Water Pump Room. Currently, Kudowa-Zdrój attracts with its beautiful location at the foot of the Table Mountains. It is an excellent base for mountain hikes on both the Polish and Czech sides of this mountain range.

The reserve boasts many species of protected plants, including characteristic peat bog plants such as round-leaved sundew, cottongrass and chordate sedge. Among the birds we can meet marsh harrier, bittern, black stork and crane. The reserve covers an area of 232 ha, making it one of the largest preserved peat bogs in the Sudetes. Unlike some peat bogs that have been drained or partially destroyed by human activity, the peat bog under Zieleniec remains largely untouched. It is also worth mentioning that the reserve plays an important natural and protective role. It is a place of life for many rare and protected species of plants and animals. It also protects important processes for the peat bog ecosystem, such as water accumulation and storage and carbon dioxide binding. For nature and ecotourism lovers, the Torfowisko pod Zieleniec Nature Reserve is a great place to visit. You can walk here along specially designated educational paths, watch birds or enjoy the beauty of untouched nature.

It is one of the largest caves in Poland and at the same time one of the longest open to the public. During the tour, you can admire stalactites, stalagmites, stalagnates and various types of wall hangings. The interior of the cave delights with its beautiful and mysterious atmosphere, creating an unforgettable impression on visitors. The name comes from a discovery made in 1966 - the remains of a cave bear that lived in the cave over 40,000 years ago were discovered here. The cave offers several tourist routes, and it is also one of the few caves in Poland that is adapted to be visited by disabled people. The Kletno area and the Bear Cave are also surrounded by beautiful mountain landscapes, which makes them a perfect place for hiking and active recreation. There are many hiking trails in the area that allow you to explore the Śnieżnik Massif.

Only an hour away from Moje Miasto Polanica-Zdrój, you can reach an extraordinary attraction. The world's longest pedestrian suspension bridge is located in Dolni Morava in the Czech Republic. The bridge hangs 95 meters above a deep mountain valley. Its length is as much as 721 meters, the bridge connects two mountain ridges. Crossing the bridge over the majestic Mlýnský Potok valley will allow you to learn about the local nature and history - there is an educational path here called "The Bridge of Time", which invites you to a unique game with elements of augmented reality.

Right next to Sky Bridge 721 there is the Cloud Path. It is a huge wooden tower located at an altitude of 1,116 meters above sea level. To climb to the very top of the tower, which is 55 meters high, you need to walk 710 meters on a wooden footbridge. There's a reward waiting for us at the top - you can slide down a 100-meter slide!

Dolni Morava is also a well-prepared ski resort. In winter, it becomes a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. If you are a fan of skiing or snowboarding, this is the perfect place for you.

This is the only covered bridge in Poland and one of the few in the world. It is located in Lądek-Zdrój, on the Biała Lądecka River. It is only a few dozen meters long. The covered bridge in Lądek-Zdrój was built in the early 20th century. It connected two parts of the sanatorium - a villa located on one side of the river and a treatment building on the other side of the river. Unfortunately, you can't walk on it now - it is bricked up on the side of the former treatment building. It is one of the most original and beautiful monuments in Lądek. The bridge is surrounded by a beautiful park, where you can see unique species of trees, including the Japanese Nikko fir or the Engelman spruce from the Rocky Mountains.

Polanica-Zdrój is a spa town. The most valuable medicinal properties are the natural mineral water flowing from the nearby springs, i.e. the famous Polanica sorrel water (water rich in mountain minerals, naturally carbonated). The health resort has been operating here since the end of the 19th century. A charming Spa Park was created around the Mineral Water Pump Room, an ideal place for afternoon walks and relaxation in the shade of spreading trees. The park covers almost 13 ha and is divided into five parts: Central Park, Forest Park, Józef Park, Chess Park and the park around the heart center. In the Spa Park there is a famous cardiological sanatorium "Wielka Pieniawa", a wooden amphitheater where concerts are regularly held, a pump room and a walking hall, as well as the Spa Theater.

When in Polanica-Zdrój, it is worth going to the cult dance. It is a great opportunity to have fun in a nice atmosphere.

One of the most famous and picturesque peaks in the Orlické Mountains, in the Central Sudetes. Orlice Peak is located on the Polish-Czech border and offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, valleys and picturesque valleys. At the top there is an observation tower that provides a great place to admire the skyline, providing spectacular views of the landscape that stretches for many kilometers. Orlica has various routes of varying difficulty, both for experienced hikers and amateurs.
Climbing to the top of Orlice is a challenge for lovers of mountain adventures, and the reward in the form of a breathtaking view of the surrounding area is unforgettable. At the top there is also the Eaglets Monument, commemorating the fight for Poland's independence during World War I. The Orlice region is also a habitat of many rare and protected species of plants and animals - high-altitude meadows and forests are home to many endemic and unique species that survive on these steep slopes and rocky perches.
